配送方法について
運送会社：ヤマト運輸 /佐川急便 /日本郵便
ご注文受付後、約3- 5日間以内に発送いたします。（祝日除く）
コンビニ決済のご注文：コンビニ決済にて支払い後、約3 - 5日間以内に発送いたします。（祝日除く）
発送しましたら伝票番号をメールで通知致します。発送後、約一週間以内にお届けいたします。（祝日除く）
荷物状況は各運送会社にお問い合わせください。
Nokutoは複数倉庫からの発送に対応しており、ご注文後1日以内に処理を行います。
日本国内倉庫からの配送は通常3～5日でお届けいたします。
海外倉庫からの配送は、日本の税関手続きにより異なりますが、通常は発送後7日以内にお届けいたします。
※いずれの配送日数も祝日を除きます。
注文処理時間：ご注文は通常1～2日以内に処理されます。配送にかかる日数はお届け先の地域によって異なりますが、通常5～15日程度となります。
税金：当店で販売する商品はすべて税込価格となっております。
配送遅延について：ご注文後の処理時間や配送時間が上記の期間を超える場合は、info@nokuto.comまでお問い合わせください。
注文追跡：商品が発送されると、追跡リンクが記載されたメールが送信されます。

A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 3-7 Days
- Shipping time: 14~30 Days
B. Shipping methods:
Shipping Carriers: Yamato Transport / Sagawa Express / Japan Post
Orders will be shipped within approximately 3–5 business days after the order is received (excluding holidays).
For Convenience Store Payments: Orders will be shipped within approximately 3–5 business days after payment is completed (excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number via email. Delivery is expected within about one week after shipment (excluding holidays).
For the status of your package, please contact the respective shipping carrier.
C. Shipping fee:
Okinawa & Hokkaido: ¥1,600 (Free shipping for orders over ¥12,000)
Rest of Japan (excluding Okinawa & Hokkaido): ¥800 (Free shipping for orders over ¥5,000)
